37% Syrah 36% Petite Verdot 27% Cabernet Sauvignon from G2 and Brecon Vineyards

Aged 24 months in 35% New French Oak, the Syrah, which is a more flavorful varietal brings complexity to the wine and augments the Cabernet with its mid-palate texture with an oaky finish.  The Petit Verdot (meaning "small green") - a reference to its struggle to fully mature on the vine) firms up the Cabernet.  The Pig is dominated by black fruits and finishes with some spiciness on the palate.
