Join us for an unforgettable afternoon celebrating the vibrant rosé wines of Paso Robles! Taste 12 distinct rosés from 12 local producers, (including Adelaida Estate Winery, Hawks Hill Ranch, Jacob Toft, Pelletiere, Hearst Ranch Winery, Absolution Cellars, Pius, McPrice Myers, Brecon, Thatcher and more) gathered at the dilécta estate for one special day only.

Kick off the summer with a curated tasting that highlights the diversity of rosé styles in our region. Winemakers and winery representatives will be on hand to share insights into their grape selections, vineyard practices, and winemaking techniques—giving you a behind-the-scenes look at what makes each rosé unique.

By the end of the afternoon, you’ll be well on your way to becoming a Paso rosé aficionado.
