As part of the "Behind the Vines" series, we’re stepping out of the cellar and into the lounge to share the stories behind our latest releases. Guests will have the opportunity to enjoy a curated flight of Dilecta wines or purchase by the glass, all while chatting with our winemaker about the nuances of the vintage and our winemaking process.
