A South African Braai (BBQ) pickup Party

Come experience a taste of South Africa to launch our next wine club trip!  You'll find dishes influenced by the indigenous population, along with the Dutch, French, Indians and Malaysians. A lineup of South African boerewors (sausage), steak, sosaties (kebabs), chicken and fish with pap (maize) and saus (tomatoes, onions and spices). A traditional dish - Bobotie - a combination of tender meats and crunchy nuts and then topped with a layer of milk and egg.
