Join us for an immersive day dedicated to cellular rejuvenation, metabolic reset, and full-body restoration at dilécta. This elevated wellness retreat blends vineyard serenity with curated treatments, mindful movement, and nourishing culinary experiences.

All guests begin the morning together with yoga and breathwork led by Lauren Shannon Wellness, followed by a restorative lunch and a closing recovery social hour in the barn. Treatments vary by ticket tier and must be reserved in advance due to limited capacity. The event is capped at thirty guests to ensure an intimate and luxurious experience.

Event Schedule
8:30–9:00 am: Check-in and welcome
9:00–10:00 am: Yoga and breathwork
10:00 am–1:00 pm: Treatment rotations
1:00–2:00 pm: Wellness lunch for all guests
2:00–4:00 pm: Continued treatments and recovery sessions
4:00–5:00 pm: Recovery social hour
