A nose of red and black fruits with a deep cherry skin flavor, leather, dried herbs and black olives and a mild hint of chocolate. Medium- to full-bodied, revealing plenty of mid-palate expression before showing some very mild metallic notes on the finish. Very approachable today yet will benefit even more from a year in bottle. Keep for 7-8+ years.

Ripe red and black plums, sweet spice, sage, and lead pencil notes all emerge from the 2021 Pig, another ripe, medium to full-bodied, singular wine in the lineup that has so much to love. With ripe tannins, a round, layered mouthfeel, and a great finish, it's going to shine for 8-10 years as well.
A light ruby hue followed by bright aromatics of dried strawberries, orange peel, savory herbs, flowery incense, and hints of leather. Medium-bodied, good acid and length, and wonderfully textured.
A rich opaque wine with dark fruit flavors with a spicy oak finish that comes from the extended 48 months of aging in French Oak Barrels. The long fermentation brings out the richest of flavors and an elegant result of allspice buildup on the palate.
Impressive wine in the vintage. Giving up pretty blue fruits, smoked earth, dried herb, and leather notes, it hits the palate with medium to full-bodied richness, solid tannins, and a great finish.
